This is one of the few rings that does not come with a vibrating stimulator but is still one piece. I prefer not to use two separate rings and the products with vibrators go bad after awhile. I also like the material used. Whatever enhancer ring you get make sure that it goes around the testicles. If not you are wasting your time. I use this one always because it really works. Also comes in handy if you are fighting a case of whisky penis.

Hubby says it works pretty good but not the best he has used. does the job tho!
